You forced me to enroll in guardian credit card processing to keep integrated payments for services on ISN. BS. Guardian does not accept international credit cards?! PayPal pro does. Guardian needs to change this or I will have to leave ISN over this issue.

Hello, I checked with the Guardian team on this. They do accept international cards - you need to log into your virtual terminal and run it without the zip code. It sounds like part of the issue here is the volume of international cards you are working with due to your business model?

Lindsay G - ISN Product Interesting since Floir Sanchez with Guardian told me they do not accept international transactions other than Canada? How do I get to my virtual terminal. Im currently researching ISN alternatives.

With PayPal pro I could manually run a clients card through an online terminal if they (older generation) couldn’t figure out how to do it themselves… guardian doesn’t seem to offer that option? Guardian should email me a list of transactions? Haven’t seen that yet?

When you force people to change their business model and go with a service they didn’t want or need, it’s not going to go well. Especially when it seems to be an inferior service. What were you thinking?

I am in Central FL and inspect a ton of short term rental homes that investors buy. Most of these investors are from Europe or S America. Some are Asian. I emailed guardian and they say they accept charges from Canada. This is a deal breaker for me. If you can’t or won’t fix it I will be forced to cancel ISN for another platform.
