Sending this ticket feature request on behalf of a Canadian user, he expressed concern that clients can autofill the phone number fields in the online scheduler and the +1 gets captured with the rest of the number. He has a notification system that only gets the first 10 digits, so the very last digit gets lost. If for example the number is 1 (672) 515-7100 it would come up as (167) 2515-710 and the user is unable to return calls easily. The number does get captured in our internal system onto the clients and agents profiles correctly.
