Have the ability to set a default comment "No Concerns"

Is it all possible that for all of our sections that have a “no concerns” comment, to have that comment automatically selected unless we choose another comment? As in, “no concerns” will be automatically selected unless we find an issue and choose another comment. Choosing the other comment would then de-select the no concerns comment.

While in the report writer, when a comment rating is changed the user is prompted with the question, "Make this rating default in the template?"
This would help with the drudgery of manually editing the template for each and every comment or even a specific comment that would have to be hunted down. It could be done as the comment is needed by the inspector and then saved to the template.
This could be helpful with so many other areas of the template if it were editable from the writer.

It would be helpful to have templates configured so that certain comments are pre-selected, eliminating the need to manually choose them during the inspection. Some inspectors prefer to focus only on identifying issues without having to add comments for items in good condition.
