Hyperlink text in the report

Since the ISN report is a live web page that already has interactivity on it, I'm hoping it would be easy to add the ability to enter a url on a page and format it as a hyperlink (either automagically or with a dialogue box - maybe like adding media?). I want to be able to link my clients to a sewer scope video that resides on YouTube, for instance. Currently, I'm using a free online QR code generator and just placing the QR code as an image. Seems like a hyperlink would be better, though, since a lot of clients are probably on their mobile when they're viewing the report.

Can you provide more details on how you envision the hyperlink feature working within the report?
See screenshot attached. You already have text formatting controls for the comment tool, so I bet it wouldn't be too difficult to add a hyperlink utility.
Are there any specific locations within the report where you would like to add these hyperlinks?
Comments would be fine
Would you like the ability to add hyperlinks to any type of content within the report or just specific types of content?
Just for text comments for now. No need to make it more complicated than the app already is!
