This week I was able to use the report writer as an inspector and a client. (I wrote my own report for a house I was buying.) There is an arrow tab on the client or real estate agent side of the URL report that reduces the item to a basic statement. I would recommend that it also gray out the statement as well. Then the client or real estate agent can save the report as a PDF to send to the seller or the builder. Items that buyer or their real estate agent is interested in getting the seller or builder to address will be obvious. Communication between the buyer and the seller is improved. This will make your reports more desirable by agents which makes the inspectors that use your program more popular. Therefore possibly increasing market share.
