Increase Tap area for comment section- (allow tapping text instead of small checkbox)

When selecting comments in the ISN system, the current workflow requires tapping a very small checkbox beside each comment. This is difficult to reliably tap when using a mobile phone due to the limited touch area. It would significantly improve usability if users could tap anywhere on the comment text itself to select or highlight the comment, rather than needing to precisely tap the small checkbox. This would make the feature much easier to use on mobile devices and reduce selection errors when working in the field.
