Create a feature for Zip Code Grouping (already available in limited form) to allow for multiple groups (sub-categorization) with color changes. Allow the mapping feature to essentially create zones within a territory. Currently, a Franchise owner must individually group create zone map, clear the cashe and recreate a new group. By allowing zip code sub-categories a franchise can group inspectors into specific groups and develop strategies for managing areas of a franchise.
This feature can impact multiple areas of the system: Calendar, Managing Inspections, Online Scheduler, Marketing, Mass Emails, and automated tasks

Hiya Ccugini, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific challenges are you currently facing with the existing zip code grouping feature?
- How do you envision the color changes helping in managing the zones more effectively?
- Can you provide examples of how this feature would improve your current processes in managing inspections and scheduling?

- I cannot group zip codes. I would like to see an additional column or some other method for grouping... Right now, there is only Postal Code and State. I want to be able to group by other means (County) or My designation (Zone)
- My territory services 12 or 15 counties located in the Upper Peninsula. Within these 12 Counties I have 109 Zip Codes. My attached file created seven zones. If there was a color-coding option, my zones code include a visible color change.
- Yes -
A. There are realtor offices that might service the entire U.P. from a single office. Yet, they have 20 - 30 realtors working remotely (from home geographically separated). If I go into an office and speak with a Broker/Agent and they want coverage in a zone outside of their office, I will be able to properly represent which Agents work in any given zone. Without this ability, an agent in Zone 7 may appear to be in Zone 1. This could affect mass emails/sms and other targeted communication. With proper zoning, I could assign a Agent to the Zone and then provide zone targeted messaging other important communication. I will know to collect their physical address and not their office address so that their assignment lines-up with my system set-up.

ISN Product Management I was required to cut my response to 2500 characters... so there's more below:
B. I hire a new Inspector and they are assigned to a new Zone. I can reach out to Realtors / Agents in this zone and Notify them of a new inspector, new services or new coverage. The messaging would be targeted specifically to the Zone for the new Inspector.
C. An Inspector in Zone 3 can now offer Radon. I update the ISN and can now offer bundles to Zone 3 - this must be communicated. But people in Zones (1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7) may not care of this service change. However, in a world of "referrals drive business" and "Ancillary Services drive revenue" and "Targeted communication saves time and energy" this feature will be critical.
D. Right now: ISN only allows me to choose which day a Zip code is open for business and assign zip codes to Inspectors. If I have only one inspector that can do Radon, they may need to service the entire U.P. and set a calendar so that I can provide bundled services where the standard home inspection is performed by Zone but Radon may need to be set-up in multi-zoned areas.
e.g. Inspector A only does Radon in zones 1, 2 and 3. Zone 1 (Monday Set-up and Wednesday pick-up), Zone 2 (Tuesday Set-up and Thursday Pick-up) and Zone 3 (no service Week 1) then Week 2, rotationally Zones 2 & 3 receives Radon but not Zone 1. Son on and so forth... While in this method, Standard inspections are not impacted as Inspectors B, C and D operate in their zones but are not yet qualified for Radon.
So, as you can imagine there are many scenarios that could be incorporated in territories with large areas of coverage... but a Large City could also be broken into zones.... There are many enhancements that could come from this type of additional segmenting in the system.
