Our workflow schedules inspectors to arrive 30 minutes before the client’s appointment time.
Currently, ISN only displays the client’s start time (e.g., 9:00 AM), while the inspector actually begins at 8:30 AM.
We would like the option for ISN to automatically apply a 30-minute inspector arrival time at the beginning of every order, with the ability to adjust it manually when early arrival is not possible.
So the end result would be:
Inspector Start Time (auto-filled with a 30-minute offset)
Client Appointment Time (visible to clients)
This feature would greatly streamline scheduling for our office while keeping flexibility for unique situations.
