We no longer can pull one month of data via this report. We have done so for 10 plus years and now cannot due to your server capacity. It is taking much more time for my staff to process payroll when we have to break up this report in increments and can result in possible errors on our commission calculations. The excel sheet is not a good option for us. Please bring back the feature where we can have a date range of 1 month. Thank you, Tim O'Neall, ACI

UPDATE: We have updated the logic for the Inspector Earnings Report. It will send you the report by email if there are more than 20 inspectors in the report OR there are more than 200 orders OR it is one of our two largest inspection company customers. We hope you find these improvements useful.

Payroll Report time periods too short

Your changes to payroll reports is TOTALLY unacceptable. Typically pay periods for any company would be 2 weeks. Some inspection company's pay their people once per month. This one week limit is useless and should be changed immediately to a minimum of 2 weeks, but preferably one month. I realize I'm not smart enough to understand all the back-end stuff you guys are dealing with, but this change without notice is terrible and is making the lives of small business owners much more difficult.

First you're not doing that for over a month. You're doing the email when it's 8 days. I'm getting error messages just trying to print a few inspections. Why if the problem is large reports why would you cut it down by the number of days instead of having the code kick in to do email when the report exceeds a certain size? I get it it wasn't working for the largest companies. Now it doesn't work for most companies. If you're going to restrict it please restrict it by size not by days

You broke it, please put it back the way it was. I can not do payroll the way you have it now. Please put it back so I can do payrol.

The Inspector Earnings Report was previously completely broken, which is why we had to implement the way we generate the report now. It was breaking for people trying to run it for large amounts of dates and data - it was returning an error and leading users to a dead end where they couldn't run a report at all. The best implementation option for us was to run large reports (e.g. over a month) in the background so it wouldn't return an error and would run faster.

We run payroll once a month, and therefore need to pull up an inspector earnings report that shows the whole month. The emailed version is difficult to read and work with. Please bring back the report system so that it works for us not us reworking our system, which is time consuming and may not be as accurate.

I can no longer pull one month of data at once, it will be emailed and this is time consuming. We want the old version

It will take 2 hours for something that should take 2 minutes. This is really a productivity killer. In terms of file size. I ran a report two weeks ago that was half a page and that had to be emailed also.

Inspector Earnings reports needs to process 31 days instead of 13 days

I need the inspector earning report to process 31 days.
Instead of sending an excel via email.
I need to print the PDF from the screen for each inspector.
