Inspector Earnings Report

We no longer can pull one month of data via this report. We have done so for 10 plus years and now cannot due to your server capacity. It is taking much more time for my staff to process payroll when we have to break up this report in increments and can result in possible errors on our commission calculations. The excel sheet is not a good option for us. Please bring back the feature where we can have a date range of 1 month. Thank you, Tim O'Neall, ACI

Payroll Report time periods too short

Your changes to payroll reports is TOTALLY unacceptable. Typically pay periods for any company would be 2 weeks. Some inspection company's pay their people once per month. This one week limit is useless and should be changed immediately to a minimum of 2 weeks, but preferably one month. I realize I'm not smart enough to understand all the back-end stuff you guys are dealing with, but this change without notice is terrible and is making the lives of small business owners much more difficult.

First you're not doing that for over a month. You're doing the email when it's 8 days. I'm getting error messages just trying to print a few inspections. Why if the problem is large reports why would you cut it down by the number of days instead of having the code kick in to do email when the report exceeds a certain size? I get it it wasn't working for the largest companies. Now it doesn't work for most companies. If you're going to restrict it please restrict it by size not by days

The Inspector Earnings Report was previously completely broken, which is why we had to implement the way we generate the report now. It was breaking for people trying to run it for large amounts of dates and data - it was returning an error and leading users to a dead end where they couldn't run a report at all. The best implementation option for us was to run large reports (e.g. over a month) in the background so it wouldn't return an error and would run faster.

We run payroll once a month, and therefore need to pull up an inspector earnings report that shows the whole month. The emailed version is difficult to read and work with. Please bring back the report system so that it works for us not us reworking our system, which is time consuming and may not be as accurate.

The format they used to be delivered in was perfect for quick calculations and for printing off. This new way of emailing a link to a .csv is AWFUL. It does not display it in a easy-print mode and there is ZERO reason I should have to create/filter/sort a report for each inspector. This was a terrible change.

For Reports>Inspector Earnings Reports...please BRING BACK the feature where we can pull one month of data. It is taking much more time to process payroll when we have to break up this report and can cause some erros on calculations. The excel sheet is not a good option for me. Please give me an update, as this has been a feature for 10 plus years and now it's gone and making our work more challenging. Thank you, Liz O'Neall
