I'm hoping you'll be able to help us with a change is ISN. We need a second type of "requested" inspector, sometimes we need to indicate that the inspector was chosen due to expertise not due to the fact an agent or client requested the inspector. We need to see clearly on the calendar that the request is due to expertise or equipment needed. Maybe a different color or type of border?

Elite looks at the schedule every morning and usually needs to move things around; they like to see if an inspector was requested because of a specific reason (ancillary service, for example).

It doesn’t matter if it’s a dropdown or a manual entry – would be nice if near “inspector requested” there was another button or checkbox that said “requested due to an additional service” or something to that effect. Main concern is they want to see it visually on their calendar. It could have a border, different color, or a quick differentiator.
