Chayes - Hi, the change is possible, however we need to make some changes to how the footer works in order to accomplish this. It is in the list of things for us to tackle this year.

Janaya Fix - Product ManagementThat's great, but it cant be done now? Is there an estimated timeline? I cant use the report in ISN until it has the initials. That greatly reduces the value of ISN if I cant use the reports.

I have not heard anything back on this request. Is this addition of initials possible?

Thank you for your responses. I totally understand where you are coming from. I will take this feedback to the team and see when it could be done. Even if it is something simple and rudimentary to start.

Janaya Fix - Product Management HI is there any update on this information yet?

Thank you for your attention with this. As a licensed mold inspector in Texas, if I submit a written remediation protocol, it is required that my signature be on the first page, and my initials be on every subsequent page of the report. It is usually on the bottom right, but I think technically can be anywhere as long as it is on the report page. If the job site is inspected by the State and my protocol does not have my initials on each page and my signature on the first page, it will result in a $500 fine for the first occurance. If I can't get the initials on each page, it would unfortunately be a deal breaker for me. That is a requirement in Texas.

Hiya Chayes, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details on the legal requirements for inspector initials in Texas?
- Are there specific locations on each page where the initials need to be placed?
- Do the initials need to be visible on every page, including cover and summary pages?
