I think it would be great to basically tweak the "agents" and even prior clients to add a little more info about the person and be able to set a "task" on a separate calendar. Just to make reminders to call or email or text etc, and be able to continually log that info and set reminders and alerts to remind us to do these follow ups! Since all of their info is already in ISN system and tracks every inspection that realtor is associated with it seems like that would be a great feature. Thanks

I called about this today. I want to trigger a series of 14 tasks over the course of a year with the creation of every inspection.
Tasks to be completed with different titles and due dates. The tasks should ideally link back to the inspection order and have assignable macro info in the available text box.
i.e. "2 day follow up with buyer's agent" would have bullet points of conversation and buyer's agent info at the ready when the task is opened.
