Thanks John Maxon CPBC 47615. That is good insight. I will take this to the team and see what options there are to solving this. Another way of working around it is to add a field in your template under Inspection Details for the Inspector license. They would have to add it manually each time until we can grab it from someplace, but it is another way of solving the problem for now.

- Can you clarify if there are any other details from the ISN that you would like to hide or display in the report?
- Do you want the office address to be displayed in all sections of the report or only in specific sections?
- Are there any specific scenarios where the inspector's home address should be displayed in the report?

- There does need to be a field for Inspector licence number - we have currently hacked this by making the licence number part of the inspectors surname however that is not elegant. Expect that the selling agent should be optional/buyers agents like to see only themselves/their contact info.
2 Office address needs to be listed once (regulatory requirement) no need to be elsewhere.
3 It would be like saying your ISN representatives should have their home addresses/phone available in chat - what scenario do you see that happening? Personal info is exactly that. The other solution/work around I could suggest is to have a work address and home/mailing address for each inspector and just the work address displays in the report (for companies with multiple physical locations).
