I agree that it doesn't contain all the information we need from the agent on their dashboard. Although, the agent can put in notes, they don't always put everything in there. My schedulers and I hate having to bother people for 2 more pieces of information. I believe the services should be in there for them to choose, if someone is attending the inspection or not, and if the home is vacant or occupied.
