We are requesting that the PDF version automatically populate with the information entered into the corresponding data fields. Currently, the digital version correctly displays the values captured in these fields; however, the PDF output does not reflect the same information.

Requiring inspectors to manually re-enter identical information into the field is not a viable solution, as it introduces duplicate work, increases the risk of inconsistencies, and negatively impacts efficiency.

Without this functionality, the PDF version of the report appears incomplete, despite the relevant information having already been captured elsewhere in the system. For consistency between report formats and to ensure the PDF provides a complete representation of the inspection data, the values entered into these data fields should also populate the PDF version automatically.
