Limit Inspections by State for online scheduling

Limit inspection scheduling by state. We are only licensed in MA but people schedule in RI, NH and NY. There should be something that prohibits that. We will obviously let them know once we see it, but it could be over the weekend for a Monday for instance - it just shouldn't be able to be scheduled.

Lindsay G - ISN Product yes - but we inspect all of MA and there are 700 zip codes. I do not want to enter that.
