we have multiple agents that have started orders online or through their rep dashboards. They then call the client (or get otherwise sidetracked) to see what time they would like to do the inspection. When their client gets back to them 30+min later and they go back to the browser window they left open, the info they already filled in is missing. So then the re-enter the info (annoying to have to do it twice) adn on our side we end up with an order and an incomplete order. Or sometimes two incomplete orders and a confused email and phone call from the real estate agent. It would be immensely helpful if there was a solution, such as the real estate agent being able to go in and complete their own incomplete order. Would make sure they get the time they want asap, not create additional work for our agents or us, and ensure we don't get double booked.
