Make “Public” reports a one-time default in Office Settings (so I don’t have to set it per inspection)

When I deliver reports as a link, I want both the URL report and the PDF to show to clients automatically. Right now, the most recent PDF is always public, but the URL report flips to private when the PDF is attached, and I have to open the inspection in ISN and manually check “Public” on the URL report. This doubles my work. Please add a one-time setting in Office Settings so I can choose once that all reports should be public when delivered as a link.
