In the newest version of the app, you can now click on the status to change it. Here is a screenshot. Clicking on the Unpaid wording will allow you to mark an order as paid.

We would like to click on red not paid, not signed buttons (when red) to complete those processes. We would like to click on those buttons and the app take us to the pages necessary for payment or signing agreement.
