I’m trying to send out an email to all clients and realtors and asking them to leave me a 5 star google review, but the mass email isn’t picking up clients first name or display etc.

Smayne - Are you referring to merging two client records? If so, can you share which client details aren’t carrying over and an example of what you’re seeing? A screenshot would also help us understand what’s happening. I just tested it myself and it appeared to work, but want to confirm the details before I close the ticket.
