All mass emails are reviewed to ensure compliance - understood. The problem is scheduled emails are not reviewed until the day/time they are scheduled to be sent. This is a problem. They need to be reviewed when submitted. When there is a problem with the review, this delays the email being sent. There is no reason to not review emails when submitted. Reviewing them for approval at scheduled time of sending delays the email being sent. Some of these are time sensitive with a promotion. This is a broken system.

I had set up a mass email on July 5, and specified for it to send on July 6. My expectation was that you would have all day on the 5th to review and approve it, so that on the 6th, it will start sending at "zero dark thirty", so that when my high performing agents are reading their emails at 0300 hours, mine is there at the top of their reading list.
But that did not happen. I checked the status at 0730 hours and not one email had been sent. The status said "Sending". WTF!!!
Is there a way that you can review and approve my mass email on the day I submit it, so that on the day I want it sent, it can begin sending at zero dark thirty???

This is good feedback - thank you! We would like to add some additional functionality to our Mass Email feature in 2024, and this is a good addition to the list.

Why is this issue not important to ISN???
Half of my agents have read their emails by 0700. Some of them are up reading their emails at 0330.
I know that if my email is not a recent send in their junk mail, my email will never get sent. Isn't it important to ISN that their inspectors be effective in their marketing effort?
