I love the ability to select mass email recipients by labels. But you can make selection much more powerful. Currently, you only allow selection my addition of labels, but you don't have a way to DESELECT by labels. i have a huge need to be able to send to all my agents, but with exceptions. If there is any doubt about what I am asking you to do, or why it is so valuable, please call me!

Please give me a status on your decision and possible timeline for implementation.
