Can you add a feature to Exclude both Agents and Clients for the last 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and 12 months?
Sometimes I want to send out a promo, but I don't want my most recent Agents and Clients to see it, because they may have just done work with me and then feel cheated that they weren't able to get the promo.
Please consider this addition. Thanks!

- Can you clarify if you want to exclude Agents and Clients based on their last interaction with the platform or their registration date?
- Would you like this feature to be customizable for each promo or should it be a fixed setting?
- Are there any other criteria you'd like to use to exclude Agents and Clients from receiving promos?

Janaya Fix - Product Management: 1) I would like it based on their last order. 2) Yes, similar to the other exclusions, this would be able to be checked or left unchecked, depending on the user's preference for the specific mass email. 3) Yes, I would also like to isolate and Include or Exclude entire Agencies (Agent Offices). In other words, if there is a realtor event for a specific Remax office, I would like to be able to send an email to all the agents in that office. Similarly, I would like the option to Exclude a specific office, for the same, but opposite reason. Also, sometimes their is a regional Remax event, and I would like to send out a pre-event or post-event email to ALL the Remax agents in my database. In other words, I would ALSO like the option to Include or Exclude a specific Brand. For example, all the Remax agents in my database or all the KW agents in my database. That would be really awesome for pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up. Can you make that happen?
