Mass Emails - Unable to Send

Hi, when I send mass emails out each month, I send them to my "Agent Mass Mailing" label. After it is sent, I look at the details for a mass mailing and there is a section of the recipients called "Unable to Send". This is a list of agents that have either unsubscribed or don't have an email address. I have ensured that these agents are removed from my Agent Mass Mailing label.
So, my question is why is this section (Unable to Send) part of the mass mailing. It would be helpful if I could look at the pie chart and not see that 13.3% of the emails were Unable to Send. I already know they have unsubscribed so I would like more accurate details on the mass emails. Could this be removed?

Thanks for getting back to me. I actually just looked at the mass email I sent today and I do not see any people in the Unable to Send section. Which is good. I only see the statistics on read, unread and bounced.
1) In the mass email sections I think it would be helpful just to see the agents who have read my email, not read, and which ones bounced.
2) When I look at past mass emails like the one I sent in December, the Unable to Send section had 30 people that I know have unsubscribed to my mass emails
3)Are the names of the agents who unsubscribe on the email I just sent today going to show up in "unable to send"?

- What specific information would you like to see in the mass email details instead of the 'Unable to Send' section?
- How frequently do you encounter this issue with the 'Unable to Send' section in your mass mailings?
- Would you prefer a different method to track unsubscribed agents or those without email addresses?
