I know you can add these items and make it work, but can't you just make another tab or have an additional area to have 2 persons?
There are several incidences where there are transaction coordinators that need to be added to the email address and the agent wants to keep informed as well.
There are people out there that buy homes that are unmarried and have different first & last names.
I think this is an improvement that is long overdue.

The transaction coordinator update is also a sham. Sure I can assign a TC to an agent, but that TC doesn't get copied on any of the texts/emails I send to the buyer agent. There is also no way to send them a text/email individually. The only way that a TC gets the info is if I put their email in as a 2nd email with the buyer agent, which is what I was doing before. So really, there is no update, just more work with no real fruit.

This update is a sham. You can add multiple clients, but the additional client doesn't get texted or emailed. You also cannot email them individually. It's like they don't even exist in the file.

mquery: I'm looking at Order ID 5290 in your account and all of your client email events are sending to multiple clients (Jamie, Kevin and Jamie + Kevin). What do you mean when you say "the additional client doesn't get texted or emailed?" If you are referring to adding additional clients as options as recipients in ad hoc emails within an order, we are working on that. It's covered as another request here in Canny.

I love that we can add 2 clients now!! However, when logging a call it only shows the first client name as an option. Any way to change that to show both when logging?

There needs to be a way to add additional agents/assistants to an inspection order without having to alter an agents contact/profile by adding the additional email to the specific agent. By adding an email to an agents profile that is not their email, you have to alter their profile each time. For example, agents have assistants that stand in for them on occasion and need to receive the information or agents have assistants that need to receive the information. I would like to have the option of sending the information to the entire team (agent and assistant) as well as being able to add another agent in the buyers agent section for an individual order. Adding additional emails to an agents profile is not the answer. This will only create confusion when that individual is not part of an order.

Hello all, we are currently working on the ability to add multiple CLIENTS to an order. We will likely complete this work by the end of 2023. Adding multiple AGENTS will follow this work in 2024.
