It would be helpful to allow for nested categories. For example multiple rooms may have a fireplace. It would help with clarity and consistency if each room had a "Fireplace" sub-category containing appropriated lines that could be toggled visible/not visible. The same would work for a "Plumbing" sub-category which could be used in Kitchen, Bathroom, Laundry, Pool, and more. This would help to keep the report consistent as the checklist would be the same every time, just located in different categories. As it is now, it's necessary to create a separate Fireplace category for each room that has a fireplace, but the two are only loosely linked by comments.
