New app first use. Falls short. Please fix.

Tried to use the new app and here are my thoughts:
-Can't cut and past an address from the order, can on mobile. Likely, can't cut/paste anything!
-No mapit now feature for the day's inspections. Can map one, but can't cut/paste an address from another order! The mobile app mapit now function is broken, incidentally. Please fix.
-No ability to call the buyer's agent or listing agent from the order! Could do both on mobile. My chat buddy suggested I go to the People icon and search! Ridiculous! What if I can't remember the agent and I'm sitting at a gated community without a code!?!
Seems users weren't consulted on the design and functionality of the new app.

Hard press takes me to another screen, not a cut function. There is no map it function or the days inspections, only a single inspection. Accordingly, could not cut and paste from another inspection onto the map edit. Apparently, the only place you can access any agent information is from the next inspection screen. No where else.
