when a realtor starts to schedule an inspection with ISN on line scheduling feature and then decides to change the day and time - they hit "start over" thinking this erases their previous entries - It does not - the day and time are still in our calendar - and the inspector still shows as being scheduled for that time slot - we now have to call realtors to clean this up - my opinion - there should be a button for the agents to "cancel" the information they have entered and it is removed from our schedule and the inspector is shown as available - we are going to have scheduling mistake that are going to make us look bad - or we will have days that are available when the schedule show they are not
