One click quickbooks
ISN Product Management
Thank you for posting, Trey McClure! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you please describe the current steps you take to send clients, invoices, and payments to QuickBooks?
- What specific information do you want to be included in the one-click QuickBooks feature?
- Are there any specific scenarios where you would not want the one-click QuickBooks feature to be used?

ISN Product Management There are at least 2 support requests that are the same as this...

The problem is that right now in order to add a batch of inspections to QBO it can take hours. User has to go to the page for QBO, click on the client icon, click to confirm, click the modal to close it. Then you have to click on the plus icon to add the invoice and then click to confirm. This takes about 20-30 seconds to do. Then you have to repeat this for every inspection. Imagine having to do this for 100 inspections.
The way it should happen ideally is automatically in the background as soon as a payment is added. However, at a minimum a button on the page that is "process all" which would loop through the unprocessed inspections and perform the add of the client and invoice silently. Meaning there would be no modal popups to confirm. And it would do this for a whole batch, not having to click a button for each one.
There are possibly some differences in the process if a client already exists. For me, every time I'm going to select use the existing client. But perhaps someone would want to have those inspections displayed in a modal stating: these N clients already exist would you like to create a new one or use the existing? And perhaps they take action on each one individually.
