I'm loosing online scheduled jobs because the client gets lost at the end and do not finish or submit the order. They say they couldn't figure out how to finish the order, even though the option to submit is at both the beginning and end. I tried the scheduler myself again and have to agree. The submit inspection inspection order should be a big, bright banner or something.

I think it's unfortunate to see this comment made back in 2013. We're now in 2019 with no improvement in this area. For whatever reason, clients get lost or don't complete the order, don't select a package, etc. The scheduler needs to be overhauled with a new interface to make scheduling a simple process for clients. In it's present state, it is not user friendly or on par with other platforms, such as Spectora, which has an attractive, clean interface and scheduling process. So far not a single issue.
Unfortunately, my office staff is constantly on me to switch back. So, I may be forced to switch back to ISN's scheduler because managing both Spectora and ISN is extremely inconvenient and inefficient. If I do switch back, know I do so begrudgingly, and I do not look forward to switching back. It puts a very bad taste in my mouth

.Maybe if the online scheduler showed the online order progress bar as 90% complete instead of 100% complete before they click the schedule now button that would cure the confusion problem
