Every online order system I know gets Clients Name, Email and Mobile Number 1st. Then if the client does not complete they get a email with a link go resume and finish.

Also it allows us to reach out to them.

Today I had another order started and abandoned and I have no way to find out why.

1.Please change this ASAP this should be simple.

2.Set up a email with link to complete the order they stared to eliminate duplicates

3.These emails or SMS that go out should be branded to us NOT ISN
