Online Scheduler Phone Optimization

The way the online scheduler appears on the phone needs to be reviewed and updated asap. This should be a top priority for the development team as scheduling online via phone is how 90% of clients and agents schedule. Currently, words do not fit, fields are cut off on the right and left, the checkbox when using the checkbox feature is mostly cut off, the questions we need to ask will not display entirely and are cut off. I recently updated some verbiage within the services tab of the scheduler and happened to try it out on my phone. It does not function well and looks terrible. You need to use your phone to see the severity of the issues not the tester within ISN. The online scheduler was the main reason I started with ISN in 2018. It did not look like this then. It was very functional. You could see every question in its entirety. You could ask detailed questions. Through the updates something has happened and it needs to be reviewed. We are a busy home inspection company and this scheduler is our lifeline. There are questions that need to be asked and answered. Right now you can only ask at most a three word question. What in the world?! One of the questions we ask is square footage (please include finished and unfinished portions). It only shows the words square footage *** and you can't see the rest on the phone. This is a key question when it comes to pricing for a home inspection and it cannot be asked within ISNs scheduler. This is a BIG problem when you need the client to input the correct number so the the scheduler will calculate the correct price. When I talked with support they also see these issues. On the PC, you have to hover over the asterisk to see the entire question and on the phone you just can't see it. Ugh!! How long has it been this way!! idk. He said it was because the scheduler is meant for the desktop, but in 2025 this is just not a feasible answer. Everyone uses their phone so it has to be mobile friendly. And it was at one time! Can you imagine if Amazon told you that you could only shop and order from a PC? Someone, please, please, please look into this and figure it out! Thanks!
