I have defaulted attachments that go with each report report template, it would be easier if the attachment could be added to the report template so i don't have to add them on every order

please make it so that we can have defaulted report attachments. as it is now, i have to manually add several attachments to every order which is 7-10 orders per week. also i don't like having to "set title" in the order every time we mark a report as complete. it should have a default-able title so that i don't have to do that every time as well.
