Option to allow seller's agent to view report in the RED

For pre-listing inspections, the seller's agent orders the inspection. It would be nice if they could access this report in their RED.

This is needed now that pre-listings are becoming so popular. Agents of mine are complaining they cant see all their inspections in RED.

It looks like a few people have suggested what I was going to request regard sellers' agents and RED portal. Agents should be able to choose selling agent in their portal and have access to the reports. Presently, roughly 50% of our agents are working with sellers. Having ALL buyer and seller reports in their portal would be beneficial.

I agree. I just found out today agents could not view their sellers inspections/reports. This is not helpful. The agents should be able to view ALL their inspections.

I like this idea but I would go further to have a spot that the client (those who signed the agreement) choose who the report can be released to. Buyer agent, Sellers agent, buyer, or seller.

Based on the ASHI SOP we're only required to release it to the client. To protect the Home Inspector getting permission from the client seems best.
