HI, I have a question on the PDF format. In a lot of PDF reports I generated, when we read through, the title and comments media Etc are the different page. For instance, title of " Heating and cooling system" is page 5, the picture and comments we wrote is on the next page. Is there any way we can fix it on the report? I will rather have more empty space on the page 5 on the bottom , rather than have same topic on the different page. The way how we read the " Full report" is amazing, if you can fix the way just like the full report?

It’s all the reports we generated in the PDF format. I m attaching few pictures ,so you will see exactly want I m talking about .
One topic / category is divided into separated pages , which makes it not that professional as I think .
I wanna consult with you see if there’s any way to fix that ?

- What specific sections or types of content do you find most important to keep on the same page in the PDF report?
- Have you noticed this issue with specific types of reports or is it consistent across all reports you generate?
- Would you prefer a setting that allows you to choose between more compact or spaced-out formatting for different reports?

Have a setting to allow the report to go from a rolling type report to one which has each inspection category start on a new page. Rolling type is confusing to clients.
