Presentation Track/ Schedule System

This has two parts. There is a scheduling option for inspections but I would love an option to schedule presentations for the marketing people. This schedule system would need to include the following:
- The presenter
- Their presentation topic/name
- The date/time
- the location/office
- A checkbox/section to put if lunch/snacks are included
- A box were you can put how many people said they will be attending
- A box that says how many actually attended.
For the second thing I would love these to be included on the calendar for our marketing people just like they are for the inspectors. I just want them to show up like an inspection but not be counted in for monetary totals.

Hello Macey! I have a few more questions for you:
- What level of detail would you like to see for the presenter's information? For example, just the name or also their role and contact information?
- Would you like the ability to send out reminders or notifications related to the presentations?
- Do you need any specific reporting or analytics features related to the presentations and their attendance?

ISN Product Management I think their name and company position would be nice. Whether that be a drop down option for both or fillable boxes that would be amazing. Notifications would be awesome, that is one problem that I am facing now is that we use perosnal calendars so we can set notifications, a day before reminder and 2 day before reminder text or email would be awesome. It would be nice to tie this in with the agency's. If we could see this in the agency profile that would help us to understand who we are doing the most of our presentations with. Along with being able to track when this is scheduled and how many presentations we are completing each week/month/year.
