Print report option is no longer available when generating larger inspector earning reports.

Problem: Before when generating an inspector earnings report, the "print report" option was available.
Example: With the addition of the larger reports being delivered via email, the report can no longer be printed as a PDF and instead the report is only delivered in a CSV file.
Suggested solution:
Deliver both PDF and CSV files via email or include the option to choose which option is delivered.
