Prompt the 'Send SMS' checkbox for new clients, or have a default system setting.

Feature Request: 'Send SMS' checkbox prompt for new clients, many inspectors forget to check the box before scheduling the inspection so SMS events don't send out for the order.

I would prefer to be able to send SMS to all of my clients. When I forget to check that box, most of my clients do not see the email and end up not signing my contract and not paying. Yesterday, I assumed the client had signed contract and I performed the inspection. I had to contact him afterwards to sign contract and get the payment online link. Also if I forget to check the box, he would not have received the link to view the report. If I could have that box checked, it would be good and I won't forget
