Provide a setting to customize the order of Summary page items and keep important items displayed first.

It would be great to have a feature that lets us set specific summary items to always appear first. For example, if any items are marked as urgent, require attention, or are labeled danger, I would like those items to be the first thing agents/clients see on the summary page.

bwarner - we are currently working on a way to re-order ratings. When you re-order the ratings it will display the summary in the order of the ratings (this is a setting in the Report Designer). That work is almost complete. I will keep you updated.
