Would it work for you if we just added a text field under the "Contact" field called "Notes"? We could then have it propagate on the Radon Appt Manager area too.

Lindsay G - ISN Product - Is it possible to add a column for those notes in the Radon Appointment Manager? *
Additionally, can we make the Radon Appointment Manager accessible to radon users/inspectors without requiring admin or further access to the company’s files/database? If they are assigned as a radon provider, this should be included in their dashboard experience as a default.
*The Appointment Manager is a convenient way for radon inspectors to see their daily schedule, with almost all the information they need in one place. Once the notes column is added, all necessary information could be found in the same place, provided the person filling the order uses those sections to relay important details—such as one-day codes for access, additional contacts, specific time windows for the appointment, or the presence of animals.
This setup would allow inspectors to access all relevant information with a click of a button, without having to go into each order and search for details. This will save us a tremendous amount of time in the field.
