Since this is a hot topic for NOW. Can we include in the online scheduler a way for client to choose when they would like radon test picked up? Minimum of 48 hours default - however, if inspector is scheduled for that time, the scheduler would display the first available spot after 48 hours.

We are working on this now. It should be released in April.

we need a trigger for SMS notification matching radon pick up and drop off. The triggers available relate to inspection date/ payment/ signature.

Great idea. We have already added these notifications to the Radon Manager, works pretty well. But it would be nice to have it already for new folks.

Good idea. Some kind of alert in the work order that there is a radon or any additional service would be great too. This is something our schedulers miss often even though they go in and out of these work orders regularly.

I must be old because they are in my calendar when setup correctly in the order. Further to that ive setup email template's with radon drop off and pickup times that go out to realtors for orders with radon scheduled. Same emails even entail closed house procedures for selling agent to share with sellers.
