Recipient selection by zip code

Our marketing person has been requesting to send mass emails to our agents to certain areas of our town. Example southside or northside.
Right now the only option is to add labels to every agent. This is not feasible. We would have to add over 2000 labels for the agents on the south side only to have them be out dated next month. Agents move offices multiple times in a year some times.
Being able to send out these emails to agents
by zip code or even a multiple zip codes would be even better.

This would be extremely helpful to target specific groups of offices for upcoming events. Agents hate getting a bunch of unnecessary emails! So being able to be more purposeful on who we invite would be very helpful!

Thank you for posting, sfisher! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details on how you envision the selection of zip codes for mass emails? Would you like to manually enter them or have a pre-defined list?
- How frequently do you anticipate needing to send emails to different zip codes? Is this a one-time need or a recurring task?
- Would you find it useful to have a feature that automatically updates the agents' locations based on their current zip codes, to keep the mailing list up-to-date?

1.Yes Right now under Recipients/Category you have one box marked All Agents in the city of: ___________. So I think under that add a box for ALL Agents in the zip code of: ____________. I think it would need to be manually entered since they tend to add zip codes to different territories.
- It is a recurring task. We invite them to events all the time, but we do these events in different areas of town. Thus only inviting those on the north or south side etc. We do these events often. about 12 times a year.
- We aren't sure how you would do that. Would you be syncing these agent profiles with MIBOR? Not sure we would want just anyone updating the agents unless it was a reliable source. :-)

It would be amazing to be able to put in more than one zipcode for a mass email as well. If it is doable.
