Can you specify what client information the agent should be able to update after the inspection? They should be able to update name email and phone number.
What is the current process for updating client information after an inspection, and what challenges are you facing with it? - Its a phone call to the office or a email. Just alot of extra busy work.
How frequently do agents need to update client information after an inspection? - Never really tracked it. But lets say 15% of the time.
