The AI Repair Request Builder is terrible. It needs to ONLY pull from the Summary and/or somehow distinguish between actual deficiencies and informational notes. The report I just sent out has MULTIPLE errors on the request builder to include: reporting lint buildup in the dryer vent as a safety hazard (it is a new build… we have a generic comment that states to clean the vent periodically to avoid lint buildup), it calls out malfunctioning or missing smoke alarms (again, we have a generic comment about testing alarms and making sure they are in the proper locations), there are checkbox items for “Standard inspection limitations notice”, “General drainage and environmental impact notice”, “Exhaust fan integration information” “Table of contents and structural systems overview”, and I am sure there are more that I overlooked. These types of things are not needed and will just confuse agents about why they are selectable repair requests.

I do not want anything to do with this feature if this is what the product produces.
