Hello,

On my reports, I do an outline format for RR items when there is more than one item for that section.

This does not translate well when completing the repair request report. All the outline items are condensed into one paragraph and that makes it hard to read and deal with.

1. The first shows the outline on my report,

2. The second shows what it looks like when compiled in the RED

3. The third shows what an agent would have to do to make any since out of it.

The RED needs to keep my outline as shown on the report and not condense it to a paragraph that makes it hard to work with.

This is a high priority suggestion. I need immediate feedback on this.
