Repalcement Value for Scheduler

Can we add a repalcement value for who schedules the order. It woudl help automate monitoring average inspection fee by shceduler and allow me to send an email to zapier for automation.

I would like to send the emails at the end of each day. I am tryng to track daily average fee per scheduler. I need to determine who my best sales people are so that I can route sales calls to them. The email should trigger 30 minutes after the order is scheduled.
