Just like we get a notification if we have inspected the property before, it would be very helpful if the inspector is notified that this is a repeat client. That way we don't turn up to the inspection looking stupid that we don't remember this person

I am not yet familiar with the ISN enough to be clear in my comment. But I would think that there are two items in this recommendation.

Repeat Clients (for instance an Investment Buyer) who is purchasing / selling multiple times.
Repeat Inspection of the same property. The market has resulted in a home being bought and sold more than once in a reasonably short period of time. A trigger would allow the inspector to review previous conditions and see if there were significant / noteworthy changes.

Ultimately the comment refers to client relationship (remembering the client). They have chosen to re-use our service. Thanking them for their continued trust in our business is worth noting upfront.
