Replacement values in Email Templates

We often change our ancillary service pricing. And there are so many places to make the price change we forget to update the prices in our email template. The purpose of the template is to sell additional services.
I inquired if I could link the replacement value of a certain fee and have it show the current fee for that service. This was the response I got from the ISN team:
Unfortunately, we don't have a way to automate this in your email.
As described earlier in our conversation, the "Fee" replacement values do work but all fee RVs point to what the order has, so they are order-specific replacement values.
After exploring all options with my team, the best recommendation is to manually write the fee amount on the email template as you used to. I did share with my team that you often change service pricing and were looking for a procedure to have the fees automatically change in the email when pricing is changed unfortunately we don't have a way to accomplish this at the moment. 1) I would say we change at least one service every 3 mos or so. 2) There is an email template we send out after booking, prior to the inspection where we upsell ancillaries. 3) I can't conceptualize what you are suggesting. But it seems supererogatory for my needs.

Hiya JHaushalter, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- How frequently do you change the ancillary service pricing?
- Are there specific email templates that are more critical to update with the current pricing?
- Would having a centralized system to manage and update these fees across all templates be beneficial for your workflow?
