Report Template Saving Issues

Please fix the issues with saving in the report templates. for example, when i set up the ratings on the comments, save and publish, then go back and some of the ratings are not saved. i've tried repeatedly, i've tried different browsers, i've asked tech support for help, and some of the ratings will not save.

Sprice - I will look into this for you. Let me check with the support team on what has been done already. Since this forum is for feedback and this is a bug, I am going to close this but I will follow up via email as soon as I have my information.
