Right now, there's no way to bulk-edit the style or size of all report comments at once, you have to adjust each one manually. Inspectors need the ability to edit text in both report templates in the template editor and complete inspection reports directly in the report writer without this inconvenience.

We’re requesting a feature that allows inspectors to apply a universal font style, size, and color across the entire report with a single setting or button. Currently, different sections of the report (especially when edited in the template editor or the Web Report Writer) may display inconsistent font styles and sizes. This inconsistency can make reports appear unprofessional or visually unbalanced.

Problem:

To achieve a consistent appearance, we must manually adjust the font style and size in each individual section. This process is time-consuming and prone to human error, especially when dealing with large or complex reports.

Proposed Solution:

Add a global font setting or a "Standardize Fonts" button that, when applied, updates all sections of the report to use the selected font style, size, and color. This would help ensure reports maintain a uniform, clean appearance with minimal effort. This feature would save time, reduce formatting issues, and help inspectors present more polished and professional reports to clients.

I don't understand why, but when I start writing a comment that I pick my phone and I pick my size halfway through writing a comment they exist. The next sentences will change to the default that's in the system for some reason.

It would be great if in the settings we could choose what font and what size we want as a default for all the type in our report, regardless of whether it's cut-and-paste, or whether it's generated by AI.
